Cookies statement

We keep tracking to a minimum and do not currently use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on a device by a website. Similar technologies can store information in a browser. Some are necessary for a website to work; others measure behaviour or support advertising.

What this website uses

Our hosting and security services may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage to deliver pages safely, balance traffic and prevent misuse. These technologies do not require consent because they are needed to provide the website.

We do not currently use optional analytics, personalisation, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. For that reason, we do not display a consent banner that asks visitors to accept unnecessary cookies.

External websites

Links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, No More Falls, government websites and other external services open those organisations’ websites. They may set their own cookies under their own policies. Simply viewing a social-media logo on this site does not load a social-media tracker.

When you submit the contact form, your information is sent to FormSubmit for delivery to VJA. Any strictly necessary security technology used during that submission is governed by the provider’s service.

Your choices

You can use your browser settings to view, block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent parts of a website from working correctly.

If VJA introduces optional analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this statement and ask for valid consent before those cookies are set. Read the ICO’s guide to cookies for more information.
